2009: Microsoft cuts the price of the Xbox 360 Elite by $100 to US$299.99. The Xbox 360 Arcade version will remain at US$199.99, and the Pro model will be phased out. In Europe, the Elite will drop to 249.99 euros and 199.99 pounds in the UK.
